What is the most effective way to provoke discussion, help people and learn?
This question is at the core of my decision to create this site. After creating a variety of post covering a range of subjects I returned to this question and decided to layout the entire vision of AOTT², here it is:
This section of the site gives a straightforward practical advice under each of these major headings. Each subject shown above is broken down into detailed areas which can be practically used to help employees, managers, supervisors, directors and interested parties.
From this base, I will link to new posts exploring in greater depth core concepts and present new and hopefully interesting ideas that provoke discussion and interaction with the readers.
